Rab Mens Storm Mitts

The new Storm Mitt from Rab provides the warmth for cold mountain work, the moisture management for fast hikes and the feature set for reliable everyday use.

To cater for the full range of mountain conditions - warm and cold, wet and dry, active and static - the new Storm Mitt uses a carefully engineered combination of synthetic technologies. The shell is built from tough ripstop nylon with a waterproof and breathable Porelle Dry polyurethane membrane. This is partnered with flexible Porelle inserts, which are sandwiched between the shell and lining, to increase protection without compromising the through-flow of sweat. Warm, durable and highly breathable, the new mitt also features textured polyurethane reinforcements at the palm and thumb, plus a grip-friendly pre-curved fit with adjustable wrist straps and simple cinch-lock closures at the cuff.

While a mitt always trades a little dexterity for increased warmth, the new Storm Mitt comes with excellent flexibility, a user-friendly weight of just 135g and ultra-practical Stratus sheet insulation for versatile year-round use.
