Perfect for Scottish winter mountaineering the quality, hot forged construction of the Munro SA+ Ice Axe from Grivel will provide you with the reassurance you need when out on the hill. It has a slightly curved profile which gives more clearance for your knuckles should you need it and a classic negative pick angle will help to create solid anchors. A rubber grip on the shaft provides extra grip and protection from the cold and the leash has an integrated tip protector for safety when the axe is not in use.
