Cath is a self-confessed cold-water addict. Her favourite way to explore the outdoors is at near-freezing temperatures in just a swimming costume and hat. Her underwater adventures take her all over the world, from the ponds and lakes of her homeland in Wales, to the English Channel and iceberg-scattered Arctic seas. Preferring to exercise outdoor than indoors, Cath feels happiest when she’s outside, especially in the water.
