All of our staff undergo a comprehensive programme of product training and skills development. With the help of our suppliers and using our own qualified instructors, our staff are able to test the latest products out in the environment they were designed for. To ensure they stay up to date with the latest product developments and that our customers get the best possible advice during their visits to our stores or when reading our guides online.
Our Training
We run in depth training courses such as winter skills, Mountain, Hill and Climbing academies as well as GPS, Footwear and Camping academies. These courses cater for all, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced outdoor enthusiast, you can add another string to your bow and share your new skills with your team.
